HVAC Service Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Complete HVAC repairs, maintenances, installations and other related in-home, service calls
  • Establish customer rapport to offer right products and services
  • Hold yourself accountable for exceeding reviews and revenue goals
  • Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans
  • Work with customer service representatives and dispatch team members to ensure overall success of the business
  • Maintain a clean, organized jobsite and well stocked truck
  • Participate in all training exercises, morning meetings and retreats
  • Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
  • Be accurate and timely with invoices, timecards and option sheets
  • Self-motivated, strong ability to follow instructions, work alone as well as work effectively within a team
  • Ability to display professional company image
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 100lbs safely
  • Ability to operate under severe temperature conditions of 120 degrees or more for long periods of time
  • Ability to work on weekends, at night and overtime
  • Ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, or/and kneel continually
  • Ambitious, outgoing and ready to work
  • Preferred 1+ years HVAC experience
  • Possession of High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
  • EPA Certification Required
  • Good driving record and current valid drivers license
  • Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer services skills
  • Must have an honest and dependable personality
  • Great with people-can community as well as deliver great service
  • Provide leadership, support and guidance to the install team
  • Qualify for state registration
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ready to go Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. until job is complete
  • Hourly plus Performance

HVAC Lead Installer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strong ability to distinguish between various HVAC equipment
  • Self-motivated, strong ability to follow instructions, work alone as well as work effectively within a team
  • Ability to display professional company image
  • Ability to lift items weighing up to 100lbs safely
  • Ability to operate under severe temperature conditions of 120 degrees or more for long periods of time
  • Ability to work on weekends, at night and overtime
  • Ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, or/and kneel continually
  • Ambitious, outgoing and ready to work
  • Preferred 1-3 years HVAC installation experience
  • Possession of High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
  • EPA Certification Required
  • Good driving record and current valid drivers license
  • Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer services skills
  • Must have an honest and dependable personality
  • Lead team of 2-3 installers daily with little to no supervision
  • Great with people-can community as well as deliver great service
  • Provide leadership, support and guidance to the install team
  • Qualify for state registration
  • Strong mechanical aptitude
  • Ready to go Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. until job is complete

Customer Service Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer all incoming calls
  • Make outbound calls to current clients and schedule maintenance appointments
  • Convert existing clients to preventative maintenance clients
  • Book calls in the system to capture all new clients
  • Perform Happy Checks on EVERY call run
  • Take notes on both satisfaction and dissatisfaction of all clients
  • Defuse unhappy clients
  • Write thank you notes to every client we come in contact with
  • Send out thank you gifts to clients using loyalty gift matrix/chart
  • Perform follow up calls on options left by the technician
  • Close options over the phone and schedule for technician to perform work
  • Respond to all review platforms and messages from platforms
  • Keep track of all call made and conversions
  • PARTICIPATE in team meetings
  • Pull data from dispatch software and create daily and weekly reports

RECOMMENDED EXPERIENCE

  • Exceptional phone and communication skills
  • Ability to utilize phone, text and email effectively
  • Google Workspace
  • Google Sheets, docs, dropbox, gmail, slides, drive and anything google related
  • Online communication platforms
  • Laptop or Ipad for home training
  • Good time management
